Chef Romano Leaves Joule; Liquid Zoo Grand Opening

DOWNTOWN -- Chef Scott Romano is leaving Charlie Palmer at the Joule to do some personal cheffing before opening his own restaurant here in Dallas--with Charlie Palmer's help. [Crave DFW]

LAKE HIGHLANDS -- The Liquid Zoo Bar and Grille has been open for a little while up on Abrams Road but their official grand opening party is Saturday night. Show up for giveaways, drink specials and live music, plus karaoke and shuffleboard. [LH Advocate]

FORT WORTH -- An indie coffee shop called Coffee Dreamers of Texas is coming to White Settlement in early November. It'll be located north of Ridgmar Mall and have flat-screen televisions and a fireplace. [DFW.com]
