Bar 828, the "pop-up" cocktail establishment in Oak Cliff, announced their first weekend take this morning: a portion of the proceeds from the bar will be going to Promise House, which helps disadvantaged and runaway kids. "We're thrilled to announce that BAR 828 raised $1000 for Promise House in our first weekend. Thank you so much for your support and we look forward to seeing you again on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night!"
