Matt Spillers, the guy behind Eno's Pizza Tavern in the Bishop Arts District, will open a nanobrewery in the old Social House space in the West Village, writes Teresa Gubbins over at PegasusNews. It'll be called Union Bear and he says it'll be a "place to do fun little experimental beers inside our own four walls." Patrons will also be able to come in and brew their own beers as gifts.
