This just floated up out of the press release ether: the DFW Airport's Grand Hyatt has completed a renovation project which includes updates to all 298 rooms plus two new dining options for classy travelers. There's Moka, a 24-hour coffee shop that'll be pouring illy coffee and serving hearty snacks, late night meals and breakfast and lunch. They've also opened a sushi bar at M Lounge, their "quintessential" martini bar. (Here's the menu.)
Enhancements to the Dallas airport hotel’s dining options also include a redesign of the 24-hour coffee café, Moka, which serves premium illy® Café beverages, breakfast and lunch and late-night meals including pastries, quiches, hearty sandwiches and gourmet desserts.
