A Dallas homebuilder who feels that the perfect local burger has not yet been served in this city is opening his own burger joint on Gaston Avenue near Baylor. Randall Kienast talked to Teresa Gubbins, saying, "I can count on one hand the great burger joints in Dallas, there's just not that many that you leave saying, 'Wow, that was incredible.'" The Stackhouse Burgers chef is James Rose, formerly of Bob's Steak and Chop House, and Kienast says his menu will have "no cornball names." [PegasusNews]
