Speaking of delicious cocktails, we just got a press release from the folks over at Bailey's Prime Plus, where the inimitable Eddie "Lucky" Campbell serves as bar director. Not for nothing this place made our cocktail heatmap: Campbell's developed some seriously intriguing beverages, including a whole category of beer-based "hop"-tails. These drinks--which include infused spirits such as a fire-roasted Hatch chile tequila--are only available at the Park Lane Bailey's location, where happy hour means: $5 house wine, $2 off signature cocktails and domestic beer, and all bar food menu items priced at $8.
