Recession? What recession? At Chili's, it's all party time all the time, where "net income increased 10 percent in the latest quarter." Well, technically speaking things are looking up at Dallas-based Brinker International, which owns Chili's and Maggiano's. Food costs are up, but the company scraped by by trimming labor costs and seeing a general increase in traffic. Way to stay home and cut back on unnecessary spending, y'all.
