Today @KarmaKitchenDFW debuted photos of "Lucy," their gluten-free, vegetarian gourmet food truck created by @CruisinKitchens. She sounds formidable indeed: "our sweet little Lucy is a beast on the inside and beautiful on the outside!" Word is they're aiming to start rolling open next week and will definitely be present for the Fort Worth Food Park grand opening. [@KarmaKitchenDFW]
