Jose Ralat Maldonado treads the taco trail not so that you don't have to, but so you can join him. And there's no better time to do so than today, because it's National Taco Day. On his Taco Trail blog, Ralat Maldonado calls the occasion basically a shill-fest but nevertheless an opportunity to eat the "world’s most perfect and versatile comestible."
