Magical Elves, the production company behind Bravo's Top Chef, is trying to block the release of portions of documents detailing negotiations with the Texas tourism board that led to the show receiving $400,000 from the state. The company tried arguing that "confidential information" should be redacted because it would cause "substantial competitive injury," but the Assistant Attorney General ordered the documents to be released.
