The little burger shop with a big name, Fat Ho Burgers in Waco, has temporarily closed its doors while the owner looks for a safer location. Lakita Evans is "looking for a better location in the nicer area of West Waco, away from the drug activity near its current location." In the meantime, she says she'll open a Fat Ho food truck even though she doesn't yet have a permit, and re-open the shop sometime in October. [-EATX-]
