Hypnotic Donuts To Put East Dallas Under Their Crazy, Ridiculous, Insanely Sugary Spell

The folks at Hypnotic Donuts are already well known for their downright nutty recipes--like the Mexico: a glazed donut topped with white frosting, jalapenos and a dash of Tabasco sauce--but they're also known for operating out of a pizza place up on Preston Road in North Dallas. That is, until January 2012, when they'll finally score their own digs over on Garland Road. This teaser appeared on their Facebook page this morning: "NEW Location is signed and sealed more to come tonight." And Teresa Gubbins over at Pegasus News has the details:

At the new storefront, they'll be open seven days a week. Owner James St. Peter said they chose to open in east Dallas close to White Rock Lake "because of the friendly neighborhood vibe and the enthusiasm residents have for local business."

South of Casa Linda Plaza and north of the Dallas Arboretum, the store is very close to/part of the same scene as Good 2 Go Taco and the new Goodfriend Beer Garden and Burger House.

They'll also serve coffee from Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters.
