Dean Fearing's Mind Is Boggled By Internet

fearings150.jpgEntree Dallas sits down for a state-of-the-city conversation with the legendary Dean Fearing, and the chef doesn't hold back about the Dallas dining scene. Fearing tells Entree he likes seeing new, neighborhood-style restaurants open up: "What has really helped Dallas is the smaller neighborhood restaurants scene; the Neighborhood Services, or Tiffany (Derry of Private Social) opening down the street from us here, and all of what’s going on in the Bishop Arts area." He goes on to say that it "boggles [his] mind" that people like looking up restaurant menus online before they visit a place. [EntreeDallas]
