There's nothing like learning the art of food journalism first-hand (first-mouth?), which is presumably why the University of North Texas' online student publication, the North Texas Daily, ran a review of Catfish King over the weekend. Who wins in the battle of fresh-faced college student versus aged greasy net? Well, it's hard to say: between the mediocre salad bar, "embellished" prices and food that takes "a few minutes to arrive," reviewer Josh Pherigo concludes that "the Catfish King might be worth a try."
