Eaters! This here adorable pup is Wigs, "the Hoarding Foster Dog," and a couple of years ago, a nice lady adopted him after she found him in the Bolsa parking lot. But he went missing yesterday, and owner Kathy Kibbel is wondering if anyone in Oak Cliff has spotted him. Bolsa's asking folks to pass around his photo, so here we are doing our part.
