Just as the new Primebar is getting settled in over on Cedar Springs in Uptown, Restaurants America is bringing yet another out-of-the-box casual dining and drinking project to Dallas: the Townhouse Restaurant + Bar, which will call the Galleria home. Teresa Gubbins over at Pegasus News has the details:
Townhouse Kitchen + Bar, the new restaurant from Restaurants-America that's going into the old Sushi Samba space at Galleria Dallas, will open on Thursday, December 1. Appetizers include lobster roll sliders, described as being on Hawaiian-style rolls with Old Bay remoulade, crispy capers, chives, and apple-celery salad; and flatbread ortolano with fontina, garlic, arugula, tomatoes, and balsamic. So far, Townhouse has three locations--Deerfield, IL, Chicago, IL and Sherman Oaks, CA--and features an "elegant yet casual feel, ideal for lunch, dinner or after-work cocktails."
