Bartender Rocco Milano of Private Social is rolling out his new fall cocktail menu today, and according to a press release, it's "inspired by the classics." We here at Eater Dallas are particularly inspired by their announcement of half price "social hour," starting November 15th, wherein signature cocktails, wines by the glass and beer will be half of from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays.
In the release, Milano's quoted saying, "Just as Tiffany Derry’s focus in the kitchen is on seasonality, the bar is equally determined to put out vibrant, fresh and seasonal creations." The Latin Kiss is just one of Milano's new beverages, which combines Sombra Mezcal and a house-made raspberry syrup. But that's not all, folks. Here's the full press release and menu:

Handcrafted Drinks by Rocco Milano Feature Seasonal Ingredients and High-End Spirits
[DALLAS, TX – November 4th, 2011]— Private|Social, chef Tiffany Derry’s latest venture located in Uptown, is introducing a new cocktail menu for fall. Inspired by the classics, mixologist Rocco Milano’s lineup features specialty drinks mixed with in-season ingredients and premium liquors. With flavors ranging from sweet and fruity to smoky and spicy, the menu includes a drink for every palate.
Before dinner, order the Perfect Start, a classic version of an Italian aperitivo. The use of Cocchi Americano, a moscato-based vermouth, causes the drink to be light and fruity up front with a slightly bitter finish. Another Italian-inspired cocktail, the Italian Old-Fashioned, includes Makers Mark Bourbon, Dolin Rouge, lemon and orange peel and dehydrated Campari. Poured over an ice sphere in a chilled glass, the flavor and presentation is what makes this drink a must-order.
Other classic cocktails include the Moscow Mule made with Tito’s vodka and house-made ginger beer, and the Vesper, a James Bond-inspired tipple mixed with Ultimat vodka, Deaths Door gin, Cocchi Americano and orange peel garnish.
For a taste of fall, patrons are encouraged to order the Latin Kiss, a drink that combines the smokiness of Sombra Mezcal and the vibrancy of a fresh, house-made raspberry syrup. The Uptown Tart utilizes seasonal fruit, as pears are caramelized and pureed into a simple syrup and then combined with Hennessy Cognac and lemon bitters.
Mornings in Jersey, a creamy concoction of Kahlua, half and half and biscotti liqueur makes for the perfect post dinner cocktail. For something on the lighter side, opt for the Skinny Bubbles, a 120-calorie drink comprised of Fruit Lab jasmine liqueur, champagne and baked apple bitters.
