Because there's no such thing as too many burgers in this world, Liberty Burger has set itself free up at Forest and Inwood in North Dallas. Their first day open was Monday, and the concept is a fast-casual, gourmet-style burger joint from Mariel Street, daughter of Gene, who founded Dallas classics like the Black Eyed Pea, Good Eats and Lucky's. Our photographer Kelsey Foster stopped by Liberty this week to get a look at the sleek new space and big honking burgers.
