According to Mike Hiller over on EscapeHatchDallas, Texas Spice has some big plans to go back to basics. Hiller shared a meal with Texas Spice's chefs Jason Weaver and Cory Garrison during which they divulged their plans to go true old-school. They plan to churn their own butter and buy full crops with the intention of jarring the overstock for the off-season. No mention was made of plans to weave the restaurant's potholders from GamGam's aprons, but her inspiration is no doubt evident. [EscapeHatchDallas]
