Daniel "BBQ Snob" Vaughn, Full Custom Gospel BBQ: Lockhart Smokehouse was easily the newcomer of the year. They brought true Central Texas Style BBQ to Dallas, and it's damn good.
Stephanie Hawkes, DFW Food Truck Foodie: 45 of the current 50 trucks rolled out in DFW in 2011; they are all newcomers and still working their way to the top.
