Top Chef It Up At Tei An

TeiAn.jpgYou can eat like Top Chef contestant Paul Qui. Well, provided you've finished up your seven years of weed dealing and taken a less munchy-driven approach to your food love. Conde Nast Traveler asked Top Chef's Qui (of Austin's Uchiko) and Andrew Curren (of 24 Diner) which Texas spots were their favorites. While Curren praises Arcodoro & Pomodoro and Salum for Dallas eats, both chefs applaud Tei An. Curren says, “They serve some of the best Japanese food I’ve had!” Qui offers, “They make their soba noodles in house, if you're lucky you can catch them making it.” [CN Traveler]
