Q: What and where was your single best meal in 2011?
Daniel "BBQ Snob" Vaughn, Full Custom Gospel BBQ: My single best meal was a smorgasbord of smoked meats at Pecan Lodge. Pulled pork, thick sliced fatty brisket, the city's best fried chicken, homemade pork sausage and some fried okra to round it all out.
