Chef Grant Morgan moved from Molly Maguire's Irish Pub (R.I.P.) to Bailey's Prime Plus back in July, and as the seasons turn, so do his menus. For winter, he's adding mussels in a Hefeweizen sauce (!) plus a raw bar featuring all kinds of seasonally delicious things from the ocean. The new winter menu is available at all three Bailey's Prime Plus locations, and features new signature dishes including a roasted duck breast and broiled venison chop.

Dallas, Texas (December 6, 2011) - Bailey’s Prime Plus has unveiled a new dinner menu with seasonal additions available at all three locations. Chef Grant Morgan’s new winter menu features the best of the restaurant’s classic signature dishes, steaks and sides while incorporating new dishes with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.
New appetizers include P.E.I. Mussels with jalapeno, Hefeweizen and orange butter sauce; Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with pink peppers, white truffle oil, arugula and shaved parmesan cheese; and A Raw Bar featuring a selection of seasonal shrimp, oysters, crab claws, little neck clams, and lobster claws served with cocktail sauce, remoulade and mignonette.
Diners can also enjoy several new signature dishes including a Roasted Duck Breast with sweet potato gnocchi, caramelized onion and a cranberry reduction drizzle; Broiled Venison Chop with caramelized turnips, carrot puree and black pepper demi-glace; Seared Sea Scallops served with roasted granny apple puree, butternut squash and black truffle demi-glace; and Wild Mushroom Ravioli with sage-brown butter, chestnut and aged sherry vinegar.
