"Cocktail Confidential" hopes to be a Top Chef-style competition reality program for top-shelf bartenders. Filmed last weekend at the bottle service bar to end all bottle service bars, the Candle Room on Henderson, the pilot features regional behind-the-bar heroes Abe Bedell from Victor Tango and Dave "Tiki Dave" Mayer from Fort Worth's The Usual.
