Who's In The Market For A Sausage Factory?

Tweet of the day, easily, courtesy of James Beard Award-nominated writer Alice "The Cheap Bastard" Laussade, upon finding out that a Dallas sausage factory is on the market for $149,000: "Ghostbar for sale?"

Nope, the W's signature rooftop bar is still snugly attached to its luxury hotel. According to Full Custom Gospel BBQ, the sausage factory in question is Renko's Sausages, the supplier for the highly-rated Peggy Sue BBQ and the Baby Back Shak. The link to the advertisement doesn't work any more, but Eater Dallas gave Renko's a call and they've confirmed that they're still on the market. FCGB says the original listing cited a "lack of involvement by the current owner" as the reason behind the sale.
