Whiskey Business In Fort Worth

whiskeyrocks.jpgTwo entrepreneurs are building Fort Worth's first legal liquor distillery, reports the Star-Telegram. The microdistillery will produce vodka, blended whiskey and a straight bourbon whiskey that will take two years to age. Leonard Firestone and Troy Robertson started separate distillery projects then learned about each other through an equipment distributor. Now, they're working together to make a boozier Fort Worth, and joining a class of about a dozen distillers in Texas. [Star-Telegram]
