OAK CLIFF -- Bolsa sous chef Jerry Cain either really loves his job or is really sucking up to his bosses, because he got the restaurant's logo--which Bolsa says is not an outline of the garage-turned-restaurant but a bolsa, though Eater Dallas is convinced it is both--shaved into the side of his head. ADDISON -- The healthy fast-fix noodle and Asian treat stop Yumi To Go is expanding to a location in Addison from its original Lemmon Avenue storefront. The Addison restaurant will feature sit-down dining as well as their signature delivery. [PegasusNews]

BURLESON -- This Sunday night, the Fort Worth suburb of Burleson will host a pop-up restaurant at the Wine Down Bistro from "Farm And Fork," a collaboration of local chefs, culinary schoolers, farmers and artisan bakers. It's $49 per person, more for a wine pairing. [CraveDFW]
