UPTOWN -- The less-than-a-year-old Saint Ann has hired a new chef, Chad Starling, to oversee the kitchen. He's formerly of Aria in Chicago. The Saint Ann PR folks hinted to Leslie Brenner that diners may see a "young coconut soup," "crispy rock shrimp with celery root slaw," and "house-made ricotta gnocchi with favas." [EatsBlog]
