Plano's new Pho Apple may be owned by a Vietnamese couple, but they'll be serving fresh sushi along with the traditional Asian noodle soup, reports PegasusNews. The restaurant's name is both cute and practical: Chef An Guong, who owned restaurants in his native country and later ran King China on Josey Lane, wanted an "A" name to get them to the front of the phone book.
