D Magazine, the favorite glossy publication of be-bubbled North Texans has declared The Commissary's John Tesar the "most hated chef in Dallas" for its September cover story. Nancy Nichols teases us from her all-seeing seat at the SideDish table:
Tesar didn’t hold anything back and takes plenty of shots at former employers, employees, chefs—even his old running buddy Anthony Bourdain. Tesar’s controversial thoughts will be heard loud and clear. For that matter, so will Bourdain's: he told reporter Jason Sheeler, who tracked him down against all odds: "Don’t ever let anybody ever tell you aren’t fucking good at your motherfucking job." The issue will hit newsstands at the end of the week.
