A press release makes it official: the winner of this year's Chefs Under Fire regional competition for Dallas-Fort Worth is Kevin Martinez of the Tokyo Cafe in Fort Worth. Martinez beat out Thuy Nguyen, a TCC culinary student, Reata executive chef Juan Rodriguez and Scot Loranc of Central Market in the Iron Chef-style competition at the Milestone Culinary Arts Center.
