The folks behind Medina and Farnatchi are set to open a Mediterranean fusion place called Baboush in the West Village tonight, and The Feast DFW has the menu from Chef Ben Sharrod today. It's a tapas-style kind of thing featuring traditional items like spreads and olives, salads and kebabs. Diners will also find "street plates" featuring two different kinds of "cigars," chicken pastila or spinach goat cheese. [The Feast DFW]
