Pho Colonial's getting into the State Fair mood today on their Facebook page. They write: "State Fair Parade coming through Downtown today on Main Street. Come have lunch on the patio or take TOGO... Gonna be a great day in Downtown!" The parade starts roundabouts noon and, as Pho Colonial says, heads down Main Street from Houston Street, ending at Good-Latimer.
