[DALLAS, TX - September 8, 2011]— Private|Social, located in Uptown Dallas, is set to open their doors on September 24th at 3232 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX. Private|Social is where the casual and upscale effortlessly mingle, creating an ideal setting for elegance with ease. While menu is chef-driven, it remains accessible to every palette and every wallet.
With two distinct themes, the space offers an intimate dining experience showcasing a full dinner service menu of delicacies in Private, and a casual and classy lounge area featuring shared-plates in Social.
Private|Social’s menus reflect the diverse background and carefully curated tastes of Chef Tiffany Derry. Chef Derry, whose extensive travels serve to influence her seasonally-based menus, carefully selects the freshest ingredients to use in the menus offered at Private|Social.
Although the menu changes seasonally, a few of the dishes featured on the opening menu will include Chef Derry’s famous “Top Chef Pork Buns” made with crispy pork, slaw and herbs, White Sturgeon, which consists of blue crab chowder, pancetta and licorice. Braised Beef Cheek with pepperoni sauce, a side of cheese grits and herb salad and finishing with desserts such as “Tiffany’s Grown Up Banana Split.”
Distinct interiors for both Private and Social, allows Private|Social to accommodate for any patron. Private is an intimate dining area with exotic wood tabletops, leather chairs, and circular banquettes, while Social showcases concrete floors, a large Cesar stone u-shaped bar, and window-front banquettes and tables for casual and communal dining. A glass wine wall and metallic chandelier divide the concepts within the modern glass and steel structure.
