Word come down from press release land that Sissy's Southern Kitchen & Bar (past coverage and use of the word "sissy" here) will open for business and adult tea drinking middle of next month. Lisa Garza's newest venture, nestled in the spot that was once Hector's On Henderson, will feature a dining room seating 100 and a climate controlled screen porch.
