Though press materials state there will be a more formal launch after Central 214 undergoes some updates later in the spring, the restaurant's new chef, Graham Dodds, is set to debut a pretty compelling teaser menu tonight.
Blood sausage ravioli, lamb breast, butternut squash parmesan with burrata, and cauliflower "risotto" all make an appearance under entrees, while popcorn sweetbreads, salt cod fritters and roasted beets dot the appetizer and salad sections.
Dodds also has an impressive selection of desserts and options for bar patrons. Crispy pig ears, anyone?
