Looks like Big D will score Big Apple bites in the near future as Le Cirque launches a tour to flaunt its new chef. Between March 16 and July, chef Olivier Reginensi will work local, seasonal ingredients into a three-course, family-style meal centered around a theme ingredient at pop-up dinners seating 200 in Dallas, California, Houston, Chicago and Atlanta. Le Cirque hopes to attract new diners and prove it's still hip and hasn't been "put out to pasture" despite its long teeth. [-ENY-]
