Nancy Nichols suggests "truckaurant" for this new perma-trailer venue. The Stand is now open on McKinney Ave. (when one falls another shall Stand?) serving up upscale twists on concession fare -- pork-n-bean brownies, bacon-wrapped dogs, stuffed burgers and brisket fries to name a few.
