A Hamburger Today continues their Dallas burger expedition at the heavily graffitied Deep Ellum dive Adair's. They note that "It's not the juiciest burger you're going to find," but "the whole package works." They fail to recognize the beauty of the fries, though, which are cooked on the flat-top right alongside the burgers. [AHT]
