Sweet news for celiacs: Tu-Lu's Gluten-Free Bakery will open Thursday in the West Village space formerly occupied by Orange Cup. Owner (and SMU grad) Tully Phillips opened her first location in NYC's East Village in 2010 and expanded with a second location in Preston Center last year. Besides a full selection of gluten-free baked goods, the shop will also offer vegan and dairy-free items.
