The fall revamp of One Arts Plaza restaurants continues: Cafe Des Artistes, the new "French-Californian brasserie" concept from mega-restaurateur Alberto Lombardi (Toulouse, Taverna, Bistro 31, et al), is staffing up and plans to fling open its doors on Wednesday, October 24—just on the heels of The Greek, which has pushed its opening back to this Friday, October 19 due to a last-minute chef change.
Cafe Des Artistes and The Greek will replace Screen Door and The Commissary, both of which closed back in July; the two new restaurants join Tei-An, Jorge's and Fedora to round out the globe-trotting restaurant offerings at One Arts Plaza.
