Mi Cocina's Lawsuit; Pumpkin Tamales

LAWSUITWIRE—Tex-Mex behemoth Mi Cocina has filed suit against a tiny Garland restaurant called Mi Cocina Hondurena for trademark infringement, because it's highly likely that folks will get confused, right? [CultureMap Dallas]

STATE FAIR—Man vs. Food star Adam Richman will be at the Fair on Saturday afternoon seeking the "Tastiest Mess in Texas" for an upcoming episode of the show. Richman will not, however, be participating in any of his standard gut-busting eating challenges. [Pegasus News]
