News broke back in August that Sarah Lombardi (daughter of mega-restaurateur Alberto Lombardi) had leased the Oak Cliff Mercantile and El Padrino buildings; now Rob Shearer reports that the Mercantile will keep its name but assume a new identity as a "eatery, taproom & commons", and El Padrino will morph into a hot dog stand.
