Is Monica Greene expanding her empire to Cowtown? A post from this afternoon on Monica's Nueva Cocina Facebook page reads:

Looking for a Chef that can cook Modern American food. Do you know anyone that would like to work in Fort Worth and help open a new restaurant there?

Greene currently reigns over BEE Enchiladeria in Oak Cliff and Monica's Nueva Cocina in the Ilume development on Cedar Springs, which opened in August.
