Seen chef Brady Williams' personal website yet? There's not much there in the way of content thus far (a journal section is branded as "coming soon"), but there is a crazy photo slideshow depicting the tatted up Williams (sous chef at the just-opened FT33) brandishing a cleaver, plus a few grisly food shots: an octopus on the verge of being butchered and a pair of severed pig trotters hanging from a barn door.
