The new restaurants at One Arts Plaza are certainly seeing their fair share of turnover already. News surfaced over the weekend that chef Taylor Kearney, who was brought into The Greek to replace departed chef Richard Silva just last week, has also parted ways with The Greek to head up the kitchen at Nick & Sam's. UPDATE: Richard Silva is not the new chef at Cafe des Artistes, the new restaurant from Alberto Lombardi just across the plaza from The Greek, as previously reported on CraveDFW. Expect an announcement from Cafe des Artistes' spokesperson soon on who will lead the kitchen at Lombardi's new concept.
The parting appears to be amicable, with Kearney staying on as a consultant at The Greek until they find new talent to head up the kitchen. (Hey, those gyros aren't going to make themselves.)
