Wicked Po'boys Expanding to Preston Center

Richardson's Wicked Po'boys is expanding with a second location in Preston Center, slated to open January 2013. Owners Chi and Joey Le opened the doors at the first location back in June to offer an authentic taste of N'awlins to North Dallas with items like the eponymous sandwiches, crawfish etouffee and grilled oysters, plus classic NOLA libations like hurricanes, brandy milk punch and Sazeracs.

Preston Center has seen a slew of openings in the past few months, including fast-casual Mediterranean GRIP, Austin import Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and upscale Tex-Mex Ocho Kitchen & Cocktails. John Tesar's Spoon Bar & Kitchen is set to open any day now, and Sprinkles Ice Cream will land near its cupcake-hawking counterpart next April.
