Looks like the new Torchy's Tacos location in Casa Linda will be opening its doors soon: The Austin-based company known for its gringo tacos like the Dirty Sanchez is staffing up its newest Garland Road outpost. This is the fourth DFW location and will bring the total Torchy's count to around a dozen; not bad for a company that began its life in a trailer park. [Eaterwire]
