Ruthie's Crepe Truck to Launch Late November

Ruthie's Rolling Creperie, the newest addition to the Ruthie's fleet that also includes grilled cheese and cheesesteak trucks, will reportedly hit the streets just after Thanksgiving. If you're already fiending for a crepe fix, check out the full menu posted on their website to see what they'll be rolling up in the Frenchiest of pancakes—everything from bacon, egg, and maple syrup to a Philly cheesesteak, plus the requisite strawberry and Nutella version.

While other vendors are dropping out of the race on a seemingly weekly basis, Ruthie's has established itself as a major player in the burgeoning Dallas food truck scene, expanding their fleet to two back in August with the addition of Ruthie's Cheesesteak Cafe and now completing the trifecta with the Creperie.
