Manuel's Creative Cuisine, the restaurant that opened in the old (possibly doomed) Bengal Coast spot in Oak Lawn back in March, is revamping. Manuel's closed last week and will reopen soon with a less expensive, taco-centric menu in place of the upscale globe-trotting fare that it began with.
